Phase 1,.... Looks like they got Flying-Tables set up for tower portion,... should see 1 floor done every 1.5 weeks now,... so top off around year end,.... and another 6 months for remaining interior to finish up,... looks ready for occupancy in mid-2023

Is the company in a risk of bankrupt? think I saw some news article of Aouyuan having trouble repaying the debt along with Evergrande group.
I would imagine no. I'm sure financing for this is all done. Just finish and collect the cash.
