Today, starting with the easternmost tower. Middle tower is still unclad. Crane being removed on westernmost tower.
Was trying to figure out if they’re doing the dotted windows. Some have it, some don’t, some look like they’re half covered. View attachment 393093
Bird-friendly fritting on the windows only goes up to 12 metres, above which your average songbird ain't flyin'.Was trying to figure out if they’re doing the dotted windows. Some have it, some don’t, some look like they’re half covered. View attachment 393093
A little middle building love, from this afternoon. Seems the scalloping process has begun. From east to west...from this morning. Celebrating East and West towers...sorry Middle guy, your time will come.
I guess some of that Danish design flair rubs up on us too - after all, Canada and Denmark are next-door neighbours. There's even a 'friendly' dispute over a tiny island between Greenland (Danish territory) and Ellesmere Island (Nunavut). The Cobe towers are stunning, but the Aa one is looking pretty darn crisp too. I guess Torontonians also know a thing or two about architecture, given the right client and budget.
