Not yet. That highest floor being poured shown in the photo above is the amenity floor (which is just above the roof level of the Heintzman Building next door).
After that the residential tower levels will start.
 
This is one very interesting building to watch! The curved floor plates are quite exciting! Reminds me of some of the skinny creative tall buildings in lower Manhattan(!) Hopefully, an interesting retailer would take over the classical first floor space.
 
The residents wouldn't be happy with that: that's to be their lobby space!
