Is the new fly tower for Massey Hall being built right now?

A nice surprise, thought it was a ways off.

I didn't realize this would be so visible from street level up around Yonge+Gerrard. It's going to be an interesting contrast against the messy urbanism below it
 
And probably one of my favourites shooting skywards currently....for so many reasons. Pontarini-designed. Curvaceous. Gleamingly white (read non-blue-green). A solid chance there'll be quality materials used including, hopefully, some sumptuous curved glass. It'll be a sleek, skinny, stand-out on the skyline at 60 floors. (I could go on!!)

REALLY liking this angle. And by angle I mean the sharp floor piece emerging on the northeast corner. Perhaps this is the pointed northeast corner as seen in pics 13 and 14 of the renderings ?

I think this will be a defining feature of Toronto's skyline.
