There have been huge supply problems with the curved balcony glass (particularly the bracket system that holds it in place) on One Bloor, hence why it's still incomplete. This is a more standard solution which preserves much of the integrity of HPA's original design.

Can someone kindly educate me as to what cladding means, and what is the significance from the construction perspective?
Thank you in advance!

Google is your friend ;) Literally typing in "what does cladding mean" will give you the answer you're looking for.

Hoping the window wall or curtain wall maintain the whiter look. I can see the curves on the glass being lost in front of a too dark background, if you will.

Some neat interior shots and descriptions from Gary Switzer's Instagram:

Mod Developments probably learned their lesson from Five Condos where they are still struggling to complete their balcony glass.
Wonder if that's a production problem or a technical issue in the build. The balconies on Five are a bit less standard than what we've seen here so far though. Interesting progress nonetheless!

Today, two levels have balcony glass now.

The first photo shows dark window wall behind the first floor of balcony glass. It will not be much visible as the balcony hides it pretty well.
