It’s also becoming more easily visible from Humber Bay Shores in the west and likewise fills in a gap in the skyline from that view. (It is the last structure in the downtown core, before the gap to the north of the CBD.)

Thanks, @skycandy! The view is from one of the windows in our unit. From this end of the city, Massey Tower will appear to be slightly taller than L Tower, when it is topped out, I think.
