I can't wait till we see the podium clad. Imagine with such a tight space they'll be waiting until most of the vertical construction is done first.

Sadly not my condo - a couple friends just moved into a corner unit. I see them often enough that I hope to be able to keep posting semi-regularly from this vantage point.

They're lucky folks. I hope they enjoy it. Absolutely key area down there.
 
Seems this building needed at least another 30-50 meters to have real impact on the skyline.
For some reason it looks short and stubby from all far away pictures.
 
Even more stunning is how poorly those two balconies pieces in the foreground are joined. :) Their alignment is off by at least one or two potato bugs.
