This is another huge MOD success. I still marvel at what they did at Yonge & St. Joseph, and the legacy continues here with a great looking tower, restoration of the old Commerce Bank and land donation to Massey Hall.

Still think they bungled the balconies....but all in all a good job.

Cell shots from RP - not the best quality but you get the picture. All 6 bands alit and appearing solid with no breaks this evening. NOW it's fully functioning , and looking pretty classy. 6 horizontal golden ribbons.
