Update:
Visible for almost the entire stretch of Avenue Road between Lawrence and Wilson, the recent installation of a tower crane at the site of Cityzen Development Group, Fernbrook Homes, and Fortress Real Developments' Brookdale on Avenue Road has been turning heads in the Toronto's Bedford Park neighbourhood. This crane's height—while taller than the building it is constructing—stands as a sign of things to come, with the block soon to be dominated by the 7-storey mid-rise condo with architecture by RAW Design.

Noticed a second crane went up recently when I passed by the site on Saturday night.

Looks like RAW got kicked off the job ... it is now Rafael Bigauskas Architects (which makes more sense for this more classical architecture style)

RafBig are listed in the database file, but RAW remain in the thread title because they are still considered the Design Architect. RafBig are Architects of Record.

We're discussing something (even if for the first time) that happened a while ago.

Currently pouring concrete for the second storey. No photos because most of the above grade work is hidden by the hoarding.

Looks like the site has stalled? The construction progress has remained unchanged (on the level 3 slab) for a while

According to field sources (rumour?), Cityzen is running into some trouble and has not been paying trades

Looks like the bulk of level 3 has been formed on the north side since the December 2 update.
