With all the cheap material these developers are using, maybe half of Toronto will look as dirty as the Hyatt building in photos above. I hope i'm wrong.

Honest question as I have no background in construction or design. What are some Toronto based examples of buildings that have used better materials that it would be obvious are better quality builds?I know economics (high land prices) play a big role in the design of buildings that end up being built.
