Yeah this is shameful. Definitely up there with Design Haus and West Block for worst clad buildings under construction in the city right now.

i wish the city could set a certain criteria for the quality of buildings. i know we have discussed it a million, it's not gonna happpen. just saying.

It's bad, but at least the renderings weren't deceptive. Maybe once the balcony guards are installed it will look a bit better. Maybe.

What is wrong with cladding, looks normal to me, same as Harbour plaza, Bisha or other highly prized buildings.
I think after balconies installed it will look good.
