Some progress on the cladding of the architectural 'feature' above the main entrance. They are really embracing the whole rural architectural vibe with what looks like vinyl cottage siding:

The project is not bad in terms of its detailing, but it is bland, which makes it entirely unforgivable in its context.

Basically this would be an ok-ish project for anywhere but the downtown core, which should demand more.

And you tricked me too. I had a glimmer of hope for those 6 seconds.

This thing is truly atrocious. You look up John Street and see that it ends with Grange Park and Frank Gehry’s blue titanium AGO addition. You look up Peter, and you see this piece of shit.

Really, the only thing that could save this is if they covered it all in ivy.
