Maybe they will turn it into a climbing wall or something, although I assume that would require it to be confined somehow to use during store hours only.
 
I passed by it yesterday and oh boy are the finishings cheap looking. I’m in complete shock that this is what’s going up in this part of town in basically 2019.

It's especially galling that this is ;the terminus of a busy view corridor. This site stood empty for decades and would have made a perfect location for something iconic and/or culturally significant. Unfortunately Toronto continues to be the city that can't get the left shoe on the left foot, the right shoe on the right foot. Sad.
 
The piling-on here is a little over the top. The building's not done. Lots of details are still missing. The final touches can pull the whole thing together. Sweeney&Co does great work. Keep the faith.
