While I was walking by tonight I noticed some brick panels starting to go up on the western face, unfortunately too dark for my phone to take any worthwhile photos but they look good quality so far. Excited to see more of the finishes start to appear.

Your post prompted me to change course on my morning walk. Indeed we are underway, and though it’s early, it seems to be looking good — solid depth to each material.

Looks high quality but definitely lacking warmth or any kind of saturation. I’ll have to wait until more finishes go up and things start to come together but it’s looking a bit grey right now.

They're going up rather quickly now.

Can’t really make it out looking back into the south here but the white precast inlays have a chevron pattern.

Next couple are on the south side, along Markham.

Ok.....this photo by @ADRM is setting off my OCD impulses..........

The misalignment of the brick between the 1st and 2nd floors, right at the corner, just makes me want to get up on a ladder and fix that right now!

Just walked by and the pattern detail on the precast here looks very nice in person. Super stoked for the night lighting.
