It's a shame, but judging by this model display in Menkes' offices in 1 York Street, it appears that the Monde's west facing downtown skyline views will be largely or partially obstructed.

I think the potentially blocking buildings are on the ex-FedEx site on west side of Lower Sherbourne. No doubt there WILL be tall buildings there but exactly where on this huge site is still, I think unknown. Views will certainly be blocked, but whos?
