The massing at the base is really looking great, especially the symmetrical stagger and deference to the heritage building. If they get the tower cladding right, I wouldn't be surprised to see this snatch the title of Yonge & Eg's best residential tower (although the bar is admittedly pretty low).
Was thinking exactly the same (including the low bar bit) yesterday, looking at the latest photos from both this project and E; they could both be the first half-decent contemporary builds in Yonge/Eg.
