The massing at the base is really looking great, especially the symmetrical stagger and deference to the heritage building. If they get the tower cladding right, I wouldn't be surprised to see this snatch the title of Yonge & Eg's best residential tower (although the bar is admittedly pretty low).

Was thinking exactly the same (including the low bar bit) yesterday, looking at the latest photos from both this project and E; they could both be the first half-decent contemporary builds in Yonge/Eg.

I find Minto Midtown and 155 Redpath to be pretty decent, but otherwise I agree. This has potential to be one of the better looking buildings at Y&E.

That cantilever doesn't look safe. The front piece looks like it's going to tip over. Do these guys even know what they're doing?

And why haven't they started on the glazing yet?

Not even close to nicest building in area. Near the bottom I'd say. e condos is shaping up to be the boldest kid on the block.
