Cladding up here on the north (Dundas) side. Wasn't able to get a pic, but it looked ok from what I could see.

Important that they get the details here done well, or at least above average. Especially this acts as sort of a cornerstone building bringing a more urbanized presence for the Alexandra Park redevelopment fronting along Dundas.

I have to say, I'm really disappointed by the darkness/coolness of the brick here. I'm just not getting any warmth off it. Hopefully it will still look decent, but this town needs more warmth not austereness.
