Excavation progressing nicely (Oneeleven in far background had already started pouring the bottom most parking level):

The hoarding along Adelaide Place has been decorated with graffiti art by Homebase (a local graffiti/spray paint store):

It took them 5 tries to get the cab up. They couldn't get the cab balance until the final lift.

I could be wrong, but the site will require a 2nd crane.

Anybody know the expected completion date month/year? Originally when the project was launched, it was 2016, Urban Toronto is estimating 2017. At this rate for this building, anybody have an educated guess on when its going to be completed?
