looks like they are still waiting for those anti-skate devices to be installed on all the benches.
 
Looks great. Are those tasteful garbage bins going to be replaced or supplemented by enormous, back alley bins that Solid Waste Management Services is partial to?
 
As this is a 'privately owned public space' I suspect the bins will be safe guarded by the condo board
