That was my initial reaction as well.

Looks like they have put up the frame of the sales centre on the site. Just caught a glimpse of it passing on the subway. Nothing in it yet, but it looks like it is ready to start sales soon.

floorplans are decent ... I must give credits to Cresford for original FP names though ... such as 'The Northeast' or 'The South', very descriptive haha
