It's been about 20 years since the Oshawa Marina closed down. While I don't see the shipping port, and shipping traffic leaving anytime soon. I hope this development spurs interest in reopening the marina.

I know there's competition at Whitby and Pickering, and there's already significant traffic levels with the beach, waterfront park, and sports fields. But I'd like to see it.

I'm curious if they can pull this off, but overall it does look like a pretty ambitious plan.
