Ah thanks Solaris. I was wondering if this one was as tall as skyscraperpage.com was listing it as. Now we know. I also like the project and think it will be a nice addition to this growing cluster.
 
Does anyone know how much is parking for this project? It seems the unit I was quoted on did not include parking.

Meanwhile, while it looks as though work has been halted at Monarch Construction’s Nautilus at Waterview on Marine Drive in Etobicoke, the 37-storey tinted-glass tower on top of a three-storey precast and glass podium with panoramic views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline, the project is simply delayed because of logistics.

“Just waiting on a crane permit and foundation permits,†says Danny DiFazio, Monarch’s high-rise project manager.

It takes over 6 months to issue a crane permit? The city should be penalized for this.
