I don't mind it honestly, but this can't be a trend. One building like this is different, interesting, unique, and something like this isn't necessarily a bad thing to have. Luckily no other proposals in downtown Burlington are looking like this one (although I do acknowledge that this looks absolutely nothing like its renderings)

As you come around the corner on Lakeshore (Westbound) there is this hulking grey-black mass looming over the roadway. So no, I think we’ll be even more depressed as it completes. I will say that the colour contrasts with the amateurish efforts displayed in the ’pink’ tower to the west, the Baxter.
