Do you mean interior walls or between units? If it’s a non-load bearing wall within a unit it’s typically metal frame/stud with drywall (also called gypsum board). If it’s a load bearing wall or it divides two units it’ll be concrete often finished with drywall, though it’s trendy to have exposed concrete.

I’m not in the industry though, happy to be corrected.

As soon as they pass the podium section that has to connect with the old facade. I think we're going to see this development move even faster when they build the two towers !
