I didn’t realize how shallow the faceted panels are!
There seems to be a ton of missing panels to be installed, especially at the corner balconies, and a lot of incorrectly installed ones as well.

Also miso-glazed black cod is so 1997...Im kinda happy with how "I love her lack of energy! Go girl give us nothing" this project has become.

These might look decent if it was always May 30th and this angle of sunset all the time…

Side note - it’s crazy how many finishing details are left to be done on the exteriors still here; finishing the cladding of the east tower crown, finishing all of the aluminum paneling for the balcony slab edge covers, installing all the soffits on Mercer St, and I’m sure more I’m not thinking of.

Well it would be nice to see this woonerf street section done in a cobblestone interlock style creating that old world street vibe! If you can vision it in the photo up above also with some out door patio food and beverage sections lit up with lights etc during the night if possible.
