Although I do objectively prefer the updated designs overall, it looks like so many other developments near the lakefront along the entire Golden Horseshoe. Solid 8/10 overall from me though, just because of the higher-end materials being used

Construction is Underway with excavation work on two condo residential buildings and packages of wood already on site for townhouses I was at my first doctors appointment at Songbird Medical near a residential construction site but didn’t have time to take any pictures.

An adjustment has been proposed for phase 2, removing the central block of townhomes ("Block H") in favour of a much larger central greenspace. The unit count will not change, however, as they are proposing to increase the number of units in Building A, the 8-storey building also part of phase 2. At the moment, it appears they are not intending to make units smaller, rather they plan to decrease the number of multi-bedroom units to allocate more space to the more affordable one-bedroom units, as well as removing the original ramp down to the parking garage (the second, proposed only entrance, is not pictured in the first photo below, but is visible in the new proposal on the far left side.)
