The Minor Variance application requesting 18-storeys was finally heard at the July Committee of Adjustment hearing. Despite staff recommending refusal, the MV was approved on condition of supplying 2 affordable ownership units.


Additional changes implemented by the Minor Variance:
  • Height increased from 49.05 to 59.1m
  • Total residential units increased from 361 to 415
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 115 to 113
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 298 to 313
