majority of the east views from NXT will be blocked by Windermere by the Lake ... and the southeast views from NXT will be blocked by Park Lake (in the distance) ... therefore don't expect any 'great views' from NXT

Ive confirmed that there will be 87 meters between both towers, this should allow for some great views for those units that are facing eachother and worried about obstruction.

NXT is a decent looking building and together with NXT 2 it should work well in the area- naturally the fact that those towns now will receive next to no south-western and western light is another thing all together.
