To be fair it will likely look better when the retail space is occupied.

I think the green-hued glass also appears more transparent in day light (at least in the pictures) as compared to the reflective ones used on the residential units, which would make sense since retailers would want potential shoppers to see inside the store from afar and be enticed into entering it.

17 floors left for balcony glass. Can't wait, I'm really eager to see this as a "finished product".

Any bets when occupancy begins? March? April?
I'm pretty sure occupancy has already begun. There are tons of rental listings on MLS with immediate occupancy, and you can see lots of lights on in the building at night.
 
I think it has taken longer to install the balcony glass on this tower than it took to build the building.
 
^ I agree. may be cause they have to import the glass from China.
 
Does anyone know what the plans are for lighting the "crown" of the building? When are move-ins supposed to start?
