To think that this view of 1BE soon will be interrupted by Clover and TeaHouse is sad, but exciting. I hope the balcony work can be finished before it happens so that we can get a clean shot of the completed structure at different times of the day.

Definitely bittersweet seeing a great design covered up, that being said I'm going to welcome the increased height and density provided by future developments that will balance out the view and overall canyon effect. It's quite jarring seeing such a tall, slender building almost completley unobstructed in height, as illustrated in G.L.17's pic(s), for such a long stretch along Yonge to the south. This lends it to being my least favourite view of One Bloor, similar to the effect of Aura in the opposite direction.

And, of course, its west frontage will also be blocked by 1BW eventually, so let's all get our fix of the views/pics of the sunsets hitting those west- and south-facing balconies while we can!

Great skyline view from this location. Would love to have a south facing office from the building on the right.

The picture above prove that One Bloor East could have been a Gem if it had a Bronze or any other color other than Gray
