I hope the motors and pits can withstand copious amounts of dog piss! I'm guessing they can if rain isn't a problem.

I wonder why they went for the crumpled bottom. The sculpture speaks for itself already,

I wondered that too. Thought it was an accident at first.

Now, I suspect it's to hide graffiti, scratches, scuffing, and other things at heights humans can easily reach which would be highly visible on a smooth reflective surface.
 
Too bad it's not the Original bloors design not because it was taller but because of the uniq design, this one is obviously an Aqua from Chicago design. Not only the design but the heights of the two buildings are almost the exact same!
