It would be great if some time in the future, a few extra floors would be built atop The One, but being completely glass, having smaller floor space for each floor, and being used for a restaurant, a gift shop, and an observation deck just like Top of the Rock in New York City.

This addition would be called “Top of The One” and serve as a tourist attraction.

It may look out of place, but The One itself is a giant compromise anyways.

Yeah I actually just had a mental picture of what you could do with that space that would be pretty wicked involving a mezzanine here is hoping that tridel can find a tenant that does the space Justice because yeah it is one of the most unique structural engineering pieces of any of the towers in Toronto
