The lack of attention to detail here is truly appalling. The bare minimum they could have done was at least maintain symmetry and consistency of cladding lines for each corner, but they also managed to screw that up too.

I might be mad if I'd bought a condo in the Imperial building. But instead I live a few doors down, and face away from it (so I can't see it unless I'm walking past). I don't think it's the ugliest rental in the neighbourhood.

(Is it wrong for me to expect less architecturally from rental--"luxury rental"-- than I do from condos?)

the way the pedestrian entrance is treated is an embarrassment. The vehicle entrance completely dominates, with the pedestrian entrance looking almost like it was provided just to meet code requirements.

as bad as the building is, I must say that 2 storey lobby drop off at the base of the ramp looks interesting
