They were pulling stuff out of a temporary trench they dug on along the south side when I was by there this past Monday....which from the pics above they've obviously filled it back in. That green crane thingy is new though.

Hmmmm, none of the partial permits (shoring/foundation) etc. appear to be issued yet.

Update: A very large tie-a-ribbon-yellow shoring rig is now onsite.
