Nah don't take pemberton's title away It took them almost 8 months just to do the lowest below grade slab now mind you it was absolutely massive but still took them forever

As seen from Avenue Road yesterday afternoon; formwork for ground level is now in place along the east side:

They appear to be setting up for parts of the first floor pour?

...I figured as much. Was having lunch in the respective Village mall's food court about two weeks back...when workers the other side where attempting at securing perimeter forms I gather through said mall's wall presumably unintentionally. After giving site officials a brow beating from mall security/management, they replaced those holes they created the next day. Sure made for an interesting lunch experience though.

Update: Columns are being formed above grade.

This build is weird. Some parts are still underground, while some are at ground level and now some pillars are going up at ground level...
