If you look at my April 10 photo and look at Solaris of the south townhouse siding, all one colour now with the lighter colour been used.

I was sure the week before when I went by it was Blue and surprise to to see what I saw when I shot it. It was not the blue shown on the plywood, but a dark blue. Not sure if it painted material or metal siding, but looks metal to me.

Even though the area to the west is open, the underground area built now can be block off as well at grade so people can move in late fall this year.

They are only building tower 2 now and still have to excavate the south end for tower 3. Since the fencing has been moved back 10m, cannot get a shot of the 2nd tower base and area around it at this time.

No that tower 1 from my point of view.

Tower 2 is to the left and in the centre next to 427 and it will be the tallest.

Tower 3 is on the south end, next to the south townhouses and where the dirt is in my photo 3 or left of the car in my last photo.

This photo shows the foundation of the 3rd crane for tower 2 that I post earlier this year.

i assume after edilcan sells out phase 3, they are gonna continue selling more of towns and condos on the south side of the lands that edilcan just purchased it. i wonder what edilcan has in store for these lands, but overall seeing valhalla context, i have no doubts it will continue nicely. it is finally relief to see etobicoke is starting to pick up new developments on hwy 427, between bloor and rathburn.

Caught these from a 427 bus. They are in the process of working on the 2nd floor of Tower 2.

wow phase 2 is coming along faster than anticipated. i assume after building the floors on phase 2, they will go ahead start with phase 3. i expect all will be completed by early 2014, really faster than Tridel that is just opposite of Valhalla.

Took a 360 walk around the project from both sides of 427 before and after my meeting.

The underground parking roof will be in place by June.

The North Townhouse will be fully brick by next week and the rest of the tower by June.

The owners of the townhouses should start moving in before the year is over.

Tower 1 is cap, excepted for a small section and that should be finish next week.

Tower 2 should have its 2nd floor by June.

Excavation still has to be done where tower 3 is to go.

Crane tower 1 & 2 should be gone by July or sooner with one of them being move to where tower 3 is to go.

There is about 75 shots up on site from today shooting.

Thank your posting the new photos drum118 and urbandreamer! Yes, comparing the latest shots to the once that were taken a few weeks ago, it doesn't look like they made too much progress on the exterior. Maybe the focus is the completion of townhomes. I wonder if there will be another delay in occupancy dates.
