I haven't been downtown in awhile due to Covid and I think this might be the biggest impact on the area that I will see when I eventually return.

I don't think pictures do justice to the scale this will be to experience physically on-site at ground level.

The way this one is shaping up, i think it will fit in nicely with the municipal complex south. The precast panels are reminiscent of the concrete grooves on the main city hall towers

That's going to be a wonderfully urban book end to that view plane. It has the added bonus of blocking out those duds (Double Tree, etc.) from view.
