Crane construction….
And appears to be a second crane just south of it close to Front St. (Preexisting crane is on south side of Front St. as seen in next image).

Fun Fact: The truck got stuck at the intersection this morning. Took the turn too tight and had to stop and traffic started piling up around it for a good while.
