I hope that this is the start of transforming Bathurst Street north of Queen. That is one ugly, dilapidated street. It needs gentrification badly and some nice retail would help a lot.
 
Nice to see this one rise, it's always interesting to watch the construction of a Teeple project. It's also nice to see some investment on this stretch of Bathurst.
 
Nice building, too bad about those derilict homes next door,
truthfully one day they should raze everything up to Dundas, what a dreary stretch:eek:

Keep going to Bloor for the most part.
 
I'd hate to see these ones go. While there are a number of homes on Bathurst that I wouldn't shed a tear about losing, these ones (if given a little TLC and the right tenants) can contain the kind of micro retail draws in some of the vibrancy in from Queen (ie. 416 Snack Bar). There's buildings on Bathurst without much potential to offer much for the pedestrian experience, but I don't think these are them.

EDIT: I totally forgot Cherry Cola's is actually one of these. AG - Please don't tear down this great live music venue.
