I'm hearing that the beer store is going to come back on the ground level, but I am not sure if this is true or not.
I can't wait to see what stores will actually open on the ground level.
I was thinking Pet Valu, but they're already going to open up over at the Bianca building down the street.

The Beer Store has been previously announced as a tenant. The other 'hope' was for a coffee shop apparently.

From the level of completion so far, the builder is looking likely to start interim occupancy late this year or first thing next year and roll out occupancy in 3-4 months. Anyone has a rough guess for when they might complete the construction and execute closing?

I've bought a unit in the building -- as of a notice the builders sent late June, occupancy is looking to be Feb 12 2024 (I'm on the 5th floor). Have not heard about official closing yet.

On the left hand side there is now a FOR LEASE sign in the window. CBRE is doing the leasing...(for the retail spaces)

Sure. One with a ground level retail that nobody wants to rent? That for rent sign has been in the window for a while now. I wonder if CBRE is being too greedy? (left hand side of building)
