Wish there was more of this facing Dundas.

Not to start a dispute here - but there are definitely some similarities between this and the Charlie. I definitely prefer Pace. It's sleeker and the colour is better, darker and more saturated. I cannot speak for quality of materials used, but from someone who passes both towers on a regular basis I definitely prefer this one.

Even cooler is how the letters that spell his name are scattered around the frieze that wraps it. A very subtle way to leave his signature on the building.
