I am pleasantly surprised with this one. For some reason i expected it to be bad.
I think every time the architect is Turner Fleischer, you have a reason to expect it to be bad. This pleasantly surprised me as well, this is a really solid building and is probably one of the best buildings they have designed, if not the best.

Yeah, probably haha I appreciate the details, cues and overall simplicity of design. The area between Yonge and Bay desperately need some love.

Love the bright green strips on the podium. Too bad it will be covered up with, I'm assuming, grey.
