25 December 2011:

Pardon the night shots but don't y'all agree with my "bold" statement that this project is one of Toronto's finest condominiums completed to date? The architecture--aA; the scale--boutique; the details--see below--all point to a fantastic project!

Imagine driving your Rolls Royce through these heavenly gates every day!

Or coming home from a stressful day wheeling and dealing with Cowtown natives via this entrance:

(Note the lack of concierge--no one invading on your privacy, no bs. Love it!)

Check out this entrance

I think it's aA's best design (with Market Wharf coming in second), a nice departure from their signature glass towers.
I always like Lamb Developments, quality built with many thoughtful details. Other developers should learn from them.

If only the nearby slaughter house and homeless shelter would go away.

A very hypocritical form of nimbyism; the slaughterhouse was there first. And is there even a homeless shelter over there? Maybe he's referring to the artist co-op with all of it's bicycle-riding infidels(!?)

^There's a 2200SF PH directly next to the Lamb himself for sale for $1.7 million on mls. Beautiful unit, but that much at that location?!

It is the best condo project completed last year--yes better than Absolute Middle Class view of a Parking lot.

very sharp indeed!
