Building features include glass and metallic exterior finishes, staggered balconies that widen and narrow on alternating floors; 10-ft. floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto balconies and terraces; and natural gas hook-ups for year-round barbecues. Suites will range in size from 800 to 3,000 sq feet. Also included will be four two storey townhouses at grade level. These will range in size from 2,000 to 2,200 sq ft.
