Toronto has an aversion to water features. Somehow they’re allergic to it. I’m in Montreal now and it’s all over the place. Even new condos.

I worked at a condo next to Harbourfront that had a water feature. Whenever it got windy we had to shut it down, whenever it reached a certain temperature we had to winterize it.

I get that Montreal has colder temperatures but water features are more trouble than they are worth especially in Downtown Toronto where things go from zero to wind tunnel in a second.

The fact that the signage at the top is not centered is driving me crazy. Beautiful restoration regardless.
