Here's a fairly slick 22-page PDF, focusing on the retail component:
http://thebehargroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/Tri_Imperial_RetailBrochure.pdf

No more T&T or LCBO in this brochure's site plan, which appears to be newer than the PDF in the first link that did have those two businesses (the second link's site plan doesn't them anymore, either). Did they back out? Or were they added prematurely in the first PDF, before anything was firm?

Also, there's already an "Imperial Square" condo downtown. It probably won't cause confusion, but still... I wonder if the name will mostly be used for the mall, with different branding for the towers.

Heights dropped by 4-ish floors on each tower to reduce shadowing impacts and overlook/privacy concerns for those livining in the low-rise neighbourhood to the north.

Heading for the OMB, but the hearing is mostly to be a ratification of a deal the City and the developer have worked out (final details still being set) since such time as when the hearing was scheduled.

Good density but staggeringly ugly. What kind of person sees a Turner Fleisher building and thinks: "Yes, I'll have that!"

The pre-hearing was September 25. Since it was passed at Council, that may have been all that was necessary. No decision posted yet though.

The Behar Group website now refers to this project as "Parkside Square". However, they only refer to it as "2135 Sheppard" in their promotional PDF brochure, never mentioning the new name or old name.

Tridel already has a project called Parkside in the works, maybe 200 meters east along Sheppard, so maybe another name change in the future?

The rendering has been updated, showing a cleaner design of the mall (I'm glad they removed those "wave" elements) and changes to the towers:

The layout also shows some small changes:

Not so impressive intensification on the roads, Sheppard, Brian, Don Mills and all the others which are often currently gridlocked. Not a nice situation for those who live here!

What is the OMB status of this site?

According to the OMB's website, the pre-hearing was scheduled for September of last year. No date for the hearing is posted.

The site is still being referred to as Parkside Square and not Imperial Square anymore.

Also, they've reduced the retail component from four storeys to two, prompting a design change and new renderings seen below. We also get renderings of the park for the first time, and a view of some parking.
