Great to see color in our otherwise very gray city and I’m happy to see illustrators get work but...HUH? No comprendo.

I wouldn't mind having something like this adorning the 2 back sides of City Hall. Give it a multi-cultural theme and Presto! major tourist attraction and selfi-magnet.

That would much improve the bland backside of City Hall. I always thought it was strange how bare the back is.
