Some of it is underway now, and the Lake filling part is moving ahead. The straightening of Parliament will happen when the planned developments start. When it will ALL be done depends on $$$. Look at" https://www.waterfrontoronto.ca/our-projects/parliament-slip

I saw a pile driver somewhere on the eastern side of the slip.

After taking a few photos and walking a middling distance I felt entitled to a cheesecake with raspberry sauce and americano at Cuckoo Bakery! Lol ️ Taken 26 January. Btw walking to The Distillery from here took me just over 5 minutes.

I think it's somewhere above, but they're filling in the triangular part of the slip and making QQ and Parliament meet in a normal T intersection, right? What happens to QQ further east after that?

You are correct. Apparently the rebuilt section of QQE will be based on a West8 design, sort of a phase 1.
