Peel Youth Shelter: a proposed 4-storey affordable rental building designed by Arcadis for Peel Housing Corporation on the north side of Queen Street West, east of Creditview Road and west of James Potter Road in Brampton's Credit Valley.

I find this project unfortunate because it is both too small, and in the wrong location. The transit access for this site is poor, which is quite regrettable when the project is to serve the poor, who cannot afford cars.

Good points. When the location is inaccessible, the users are more likely to just try downtown Toronto, where there are many shelters and services within walking distance of each other. The region's homeless shouldn't be concentrated in downtown Toronto.
