The new rendering is updated in the database! The overall project information is also updated. The total height increased from 42.06m to 45.28m. The building storey count remains at 11 storeys. The total unit count remains the same at 168 units. Parking spaces increased from142 parking spaces to 170 parking spaces.

The rendering is taken from the architectural plan via Site Plan Approval:
